This weeks phrase: This weeks phrase: “You’d better hurry.” Natasha Tarpley, The Harlem Charade
Today was Ed’s last chance to make the Olympic team. He
needed 48.37 seconds or less to make the team, and the rain affected track conditions
His coach yelled, “You’d better hurry.”
He pushed harder, crossing the line at 48.38 seconds.
His dreams of being an Olympian—dashed.
Give it a try. You might be surprised at what you can compose.
